Black Coffee, Tea, Water – distilled
* the only sweetener allowed is Stevia

All spices are allowed as long as they don’t contain sugar

Red radishes
Fennel
Beet - greens
Cabbage
Chicory

1 melba toast
1 grissini bread stick

Fruit

1 apple
1 orange
˝ grapefruit
Handful of strawberries
